If they are playing the tape at retreat, they are telling everyone NOT to do any that is social. All your waking hours are supposed to be meditating, volunteering for masters work, silently contemplating god, NO time is supposed to be spent on reading novels, watching tv, going to movies.
When you are with people, you should only be with people that you can talk about god to (ie other SRF members)
Your first thought in the morning must be god or you are doing something wrong.

This may or may not be in the lessons. This is what you learn at temples, at retreats, volunteering, special meetings, etc They say this over and over and over and over and over again.

i like most what you say before your first but

in a more humorous note

3880 is an ant hill
at times warm, busy happy and productive

for the sake of a smile i will assume that you are satya and i am a field rat that has so far escaped the owls on that mount

as the ants in their lines travel back and forth in their daily rythyms, dedicated and with proven results

some play out the script, and the ant hill lives on
others finally see something, in my case a souvenir a peruvian visitor lost venture on solo adventures
so falling out of line, i carry it to my stash, in my secret garden

well one day you and i met and one of my whiskers did something a field rat's whiskers were groomed and trained not to do...............

and you said bless you pack rat, your whisker will guide you with instructions that are suited best and just for you....

and we had popcorn and told bad jokes til our jaws and bellies ached something fierce
