One of the items I struggled with after leaving the ashram is motivating myself to do anything. It was difficult for me to look at any writing outside of SRF literature because of the indoctrination inside the ashram. I found this website:

It is a Daily Motivation email (that comes daily, obviously) by The Masters Group. There is no advertising and they do not give your email out. The signup is on the bottom of the page of that website. It is free.

In case any of you are cautious about giving out your email address, I will post some of the emails I receive in the Catchall forum for the next 7 to 10 days. They also have a Christian based daily email which I don't subscribe to. This email has helped me move forward from living in the ashram to the transition back in society. I hope it helps someone here, too. :D
