I appreciate your delicate balancing of moderating this Exceptional Board, and for your energy to bring the issues we write of to those willing to listen.

In my opinion, you're editing has been just and appropriately explained. You're OK by me!

I am also glad you help the discussion topics stay closer to their stated title. There are so many....Otherwise, I feel there is a tendency to go the way of many internet chat sites; to chaotic nonsense and distorted gibberish of the damned! (it's a joke, but true, yes?)

I find the format and layout of this site to be superlative and very efficient, especially the benefits received by being a registered user.

Yeah right, it makes it easier to find and dish the dirt on SRF doesn't it? I find it very telling that some of the very first people on this board were Ananda members way before anyone else even knew this board existed. I love how they spread their brand of "only love" and "slave to love" (meaning of premdas) while carrying on their hypocritical actions.

I would prefer to remain directly on subject/topic of "purpose of this board"....

However, you throw around accusations and insinuations about integrity and purpose. You don't seem to have read much on this website. I'm not asking you to agree with everything here. We are mostly sincere individuals who've found some common ground here and at times interesting satsang.

I disagree with your opinions and most importantly with your tone. So I must respond this once.

Ananda remains in a fight for its existence and the right to practice its religion and to share the teachings of Yogananda. Who is attacking this right of expression? SRF BOD.

And who besides A would fall victim to the SRF BOD's "Only us....can take Master's place"?
Anyone disagreeing with them.

We're not the only ones. We're fighting the battle w/ all of our resources, not only for ourselves, but for all those who may come after us, Ananda or not. (And still many on this site feel uncomfortable just at the mention of our name) Is Master's work and his legacy about SRF? Or is it about Realization and all the manifestations of the one Self? (By the way, try telling the Protestant churches to go away, or give up their paintings of Christ, their Bibles, their schools and teachings. Do you sense any similarity here? And what about personal relationships w/Master? Must they only come and be sanctioned through intermediaries?)

Many others have been mistreated, quieted, ousted, legally threatened. If you're sincere, you'd read of us and others here on walrus to understand what we're 1) warning about 2) trying to help other gurubais when they confront this conundrum of devotion to Guru vs obedience to Organization. And whether you believe this, many of us here would love to see SRF emerge from its errors and truly shine for Yogananda and his heritage of great masters. Wouldn't it be great if SRF would take its charge and really share its blessings by example and generosity of spirit? While many contributors on Walrus may disagree w/me, IMHO, SRF has alot to offer/its not living up to its potential. (Again, some here would offer thanks that they can't!) .

You see, there are many layers and reactions on Walrus. Most of the time, when we disagree, we do so w/respect for the other's experience.

How many stories do you want to read or hear about? Keep reading. Yes, you'll find people all over this board in various states of withdrawal and amazement. You'll also find some pretty devoted chelas & souls who wish harm to noone, yet wish those in positions of authority on SRF' BOD would do the same in their treatment of others.

I hope we can agree to conduct these discussions w/respect. Try this when everything you believe in and live for, is being challenged, physically and legally, and would be taken from you in a flat second. This is what we're up against. And yet we've responded with balance of love and warrior energy. Have you read and understood the Gita?

This is why I am on this site.

If you choose to continue this thread about A, you can see and choose to refute anything you want on the topic site specifically for Ananda at the bery bottom of the many topic headings.
