Don't know how to help
I have heard very specific concerns about SRF being "taken in" by outside consultants. I worry about this, because in my business I see this happen all the time. If seasoned professionals and large corporations have this problem, why should we think SRF wouldn't? The biggest difference is that SRF has no watchdog or oversight function. A "normal" Board of Directors is made up of experienced professionals who are not part of the organization, for this very reason. The risk of only having insiders is that "groupthink" develops.

How to help
SRF always asks us to "write to Daya Mata". She may or may not see the letters, but someone will see them. There is a protective circle around her that keeps a lot of information from reaching her but someone may see them that matters.

If you know of specifics, include those. If you want help writing letters post some info and we can all help.
Write: Daya Mata, Self-Realization Fellowship

How to help
I'm even worried about this, now. What if writing to Ma is just another way to find out who is "disloyal?" I can't tell you how upsetting all this is. I don't know what to do or think.

Worst thing?
What is the worst thing that could happen? If you don't work there they might make a note of it somewhere and decide not to send you some newsletter or something. Not too bad. The positive impact, on the other hand, might be real and help something.

If you work there, the downside is much greater. Some employees have been fired and monastics ground to dust over disagreements. If any employees read this, DON'T WRITE MANAGEMENT. Let the outside people take care of it, or not. I know there are groups meeting and discussing things, let that take it's course for a while. (Or get another job and then you can help)

Be Careful
HUM is right. You can't be too careful with these people if your livelyhood depends on them. For example, monastics have their private mail opened without consent if the power people deem it to be suspiscious. If you come under suspiscion they will spy on you by every means at there disposal. Ethics are never considered because SRF management feels it has a spiritual "Get out of jail free" card. In their twisted world, all things are acceptable if they "serve the work". People are disposable commodities to be used and discarded as circumstances dictate.
