She was called a divine nincompoop!
We all have favorite stories, and this is one of mine. It dawned on me that it belonged under the treatment of members/monastics, since it is a story of how Master treated Peggy Dietz.

He told her she had eyes like those of a raccoon, and now and then even called her "Raccoonita!" He drew a very funny picture of her as a racoon person on which he wrote, "Racunita", that was sent to her 10 days before his passing.

My favorite passage from her book is this:

He told me to feel free to give Kriya (an advanced meditation practice) or any other part of his teachings to whomever I thought I should. Truth is free.
I exploded, "Master, I can't do that. Your office would have a fit!"
He said, "You divine nincompoop, whom are you following, the office or me?"

Can you imagine being called a divine nincompoop by Master, not to mention Racunita?! What a smile it brings to my face! This book is filled with sweet tales such as this, and I have only one complaint about the book. It is short, way to short for me. After reading it, I wanted so much to meet her. I was able to see a video of her, but she has left the body. The divine nincompoop has joined her guru.

And so I confess, I am repeating a story I told elsewhere at the end of a thread, where it was too buried for my taste.

WHAT BOOK??
Thanks for the above story -- you were right to move it, I haven't come across it before on this board.
Who was Peggy Dietz, and what book of hers are you referring to? I would love to get a copy, if possible. (I can just feel the shock/horror waves sweeping through Mother Center at the very thought of unedited stories about life with Master.)

Re: WHAT BOOK??
Dear NCF,

Thanks for responding to the story! I was beginning to wonder if anyone got anything out of it.

Peggy Dietz tells some very unusal things about her life growing up, and when she was with Master she often was the chaffeur. There is also a tape with her and other people who knew Master directly. There's a long one, plus a shortened version that comes with the tape of Master showing us how to sleep. Aumkara gave you the sites to get there.

When I read stories like her, Master becomes so much more alive. I loved her book, Kamala's books, Durga Mata's books, etc., etc.
