Zionism's unwanted expansionist record
Hi Guests and All,

Those of you who are avid readers, we have at least four kriyabans who were in the south organizing in the Sixties.
Three of them are in Stokeley Carmichael's recent out autobiography by Michael Thewell. A number of us from Richmond met Michael in December. Two of us at Richmond went to school in his class at Howard University in D.C. and were in SNCC with him.
It is is a good experience for me, because I realize that I thought I could tell the younger generation about the '60's.
Well, I have a lot to learn. The Zionist thought police were in effect even then.

A new thread will be opened with an eight page report directly from Ready for Revolution, Carmichael's biography.
Israel's right-wing's expansionist policy is a problem, and a discredit to noble Jewish people and communities.

Dave

Re: Zionism's unwanted expansionist record
Israel makes up about 0.6% of the total Arab land mass. What does that say about their expansionist record? They have given back the vast majority of the land that they captured during the various wars of aggression committed against them. What does that say about their expansionist record?

Israel has been able to accept huge numbers of refugees fleeing many centuries of oppression from throughout Europe and the Middle East and in spite of its minuscule size. And yet the "brotherly" Arab states refuse to accept "Palestinian" refugees. I wonder why? Is it because they don't really want to solve the Palestinian problem? Is it perhaps because what they really want to solve is the "Jewish problem?"

Why doesn't anyone ever talk about the large number Jewish refugees who were forced out of their communities (some 1000's of years old) throughout the Middle East by oppression and the periodic slaughters perpetrated by Muslims. These Jewish refugees have been forgotten precisely because Israel has willingly given refuge to them. The Arab Muslims on the other hand are apparently intent on not making the same "mistake" with their own "Palestinian" refugees.

Re: getting rid of Syria
Dave opposes "Israel's right-wing's expansionist policy." But I think that if Canada's government engaged in terrorist atrocities against the U.S. and made war on the U.S. for decades, the U.S. would be perfectly justified in taking a nice slice of Canadian territory for itself to teach those Canadians a lesson. If the Canadians kept up their atrocities, then we might do well to put an end to Canada altogether.

What's really needed is to end states that support terrorism--and that means getting rid of the Palestinians and Syrians by any possible means.
