I think the idea of praying together is a good one. But it freaks out SRF, which is another telling sign. During the March Madness of 2001, when several were fired, demoted, and the Spiritual Life committees were crushed, the local devotees tried to have a few meditations at mother center to “pray for SRF”. Management freaked out and told the monastics they could not go and made lists of those attending! Priya had to lead an effort to try to squash the “rebellion”.

What a telling sign. Meditation is considered dangerous!
