 What is the biggest issue for you?
As you see it, what is the biggest issue?

+ Delays in publishing Maste's words: There are videos, audio talks, and writing of Master's still not published after all these years while they publish other things.

+ Mistreatment of people: They mistreat employess, monastics, people critical of them, etc...

+ Hero worship culture: The hero worship culture pushed by SRF may be leading the org off a cliff.

+ Distortion of monastic order: The monastic order, as designed by the mata's, may be part of the problem.
