kryia experiences?
Again, happy to reply.

Well, not really sure if I ever HAD any Kryia experiences. Okay, something did happen to me but...what. Not being funny here. Just that some things are a bit sacred and if not sacred could I say scared?

Yes, something did happen and I ended up in VERY hot water because, of course, such things are not supposed to happen.

Such things as what? AND, is it a Kryia experience. Like some, I read AY athrill with PY's description of otherworldly experiences. I wanted to learn meditation but NOT take the lessons. I went to an SRF meditation group center and learned to meditate.

Thinking, assuming would be a better word, that the center leader spent hours and hours a day, oh, at least 8, in meditation. I was aiming to try the same and couldn't muster more than 5 minutes at a time. Well, I tried stringing bunches and bunches of those 5 minutes into my day.

Somehow, one day, I resloved to sit, in the sitting room, silly, and not get up until...When I did get up, one of the house residents told me quite seriously, "Do you know how long you have been there motionless? You have been sitting there 12 hours."

Those words had a bizarre effect on my mind. "Things" began to happen. Now, you may have heard that PY says, If one is not ready for the Cosmic the body may be electrocuted? He is somewhat wrong. I may only say, would that I had been reduced to ashes. I was VERY high for a long, long time. Even at SRF they do not sit motionless without a break.

I did NOT need Kryia OR SRF lessons after that experience. But, I got them anyway through sharing with a friend. It is acceptable if one is registered. I did have some more experiences after my first Kryia initiation but nothing to compare with that first experience. And any other experiences are less and less with the years.

I do practice the technique but it only gives me a slight feeling of peace. The Tranquility you may have have read about. I do not seek experiences and in fact exercise a very skeptical attitude towards seeking spiritual experiences. But then, it is not fair as I have had one.

You see I believe the experience is brought on by a form of anxiety induced by the stories, the mythology, if you will, of those spiritual teachers. NOW, If I tell this, I'm giving away "the secret" and am I not guilty of then depriving persons of spiritual experience?
