[in the following case we can call this edict from the barrel of bs...................pure bs]

well if the following quote of Faye's is from a God-realized person.....we pray that many of us will avoid the error of being like Faye

Self-Deception Fellowship. It begins at the top, the One becomes the Many, and according to our individual gifts we make conclusions as to who we are and who others are. Minds become conditioned to the self-deception. The ball begins rolling.

For example, Babaji realizes that he is a deathless fugitive of sorts, and has to figure out what to do with that. His world view is long-term to the extreme, thinking in terms of the big picture. So his deception is to try to fix things from his point of view.

Someone else decides that since Babaji is deathless he must be an Avatar, and since Babaji is his guru then he too must be very special carrying a great gift for humanity. Anyone rubbing against these gifted individuals catch the virus of spiritual grandiosity and on it goes.

We get to Faye and the SRF crew who have, as we see from soulcircle's post above, tried to make sense of their gifts and projected even more meaning into the game of self-deception.

Then we, the devotees, have our own agendas to add and join in the dance (to borrow from Etzcham), at the Self-Deception Hoedown.

I like the idea of making it a lowercase "s" for self, but since it's part of a title, it doesn't look quite right that way. I'm not sure which is better, Self-Deception Fellowship or Self-Deception Hoedown. They're both pretty fun in their own ways.

Yeah, I picked that line out while reading it, as well, along with the 'we put him on a pedastal..." line. Scary thinking.
It pretty much negates the fact that the Kriya teachings are meant to bring everyone who uses them to enlightenment, given that there is actually some sort of intelligent guidence going on.

Faye seems like a starry-eyed teenager to me.
