Reply 		SRF recently sold three properties
SRF is flush with cash now, not only from the huge donations being made, but also from the sale of three valuable properties:
1) The Lazy T (an old farm out by Hidden Valley)
2) Cherry Valley Farm
3) The monk's Julian retreat that burned down in the forest fires.

I'm curious what was sold in Hidden Valley. I was on my way to Harrah's Rincon Valley casino and drove right by Hidden Valley Retreat. It was still there in October... Unless that's another farm. I wonder why they're selling unless they need money?

You should check properties in San Diego. They own prime ocean front property.
