Reply 		Who should be helping SRF?
This is a quote from a book called Dispatches written by Michael Herr. He was a war correspondent during the Vietnam War. He is discussing the responsibility for the war, who did what, and who should have done what. It is a pretty serious discussion about responsibility during problems. He doesn’t let himself or others off the hook just because they didn’t create the problems themselves.
