Sleep and dreams are decoys to draw dark troubling thoughts to the surface. In the dawn we can confront them with reawakened faith and banish them never to return.

The over-soul invests consciousness in all things complex and simple. The planet turning on its axis has a grave rhythmic rotation, a low frequency consciousness of great mass and purpose, supporting as it does all that dwell upon it.

I asked my stove, my metal table, and my plastic wastebasket were they violated when taken from the earth and turned into man's works? They subtly suggested in reply that they are quite dignified to have been shaped into well formed useful objects. Soon enough we will go back to the elemental state.

And when man vainly asks, "If a tree falls and no one is around, does it make a sound?"
Consciousness replies. "If there were no objects of nature forming metaphors for consciousness, would man exist?"

Dew-glistened grass, the microbes of earth, the atoms within sand all resonate their portion of awareness derived from the over-soul of all consciousness.
