Reply 		New lawsuit against SRF?
Does anyone know anything about a lawsuit filed by the couple who had been hired to run the Lake Shrine retreat? I was told they were fired, as were the couple who had been hired to run the Encinitas retreat. Seems they have hired a lawyer?

Maybe Vishwananda's talk (see Teachings and Ideals, Science vs. Religion) is damage control for this suit. The couple was well known at the Lake Shrine and in the monastic community.

Only the husband was fired and yes he did get a lawyer. Can you imagine they expected the wife to continue working after they suddenly fired her husband. These people are clueless.

While he did get a lawyer, these things don't go to trial. SRF knows it is on shaky ground and settles out of court. Too many things come out in court. I do believe that Vishwananda was the person who fired this person at the Lake and this just happened a few weeks ago? So much for him being a changed yogi.

Such a compassionate act from a man of compassion. (Sorry for the sarcasm)
