So maybe he left SRF a few million, and they can buy more property!!!! Yippee!!!! Unemployment insurance for those pesky employees? Forget it! Pennies add up you know.

Then again, maybe he heard about the Walrus and the other shenanigans at SRF like the mass exodus and layoffs, and decided not to leave them anything.

Anybody know?

I heard Dennis Weaver speak many times at Hollywood Temple in the 70s. He seemed like a nice guy, and he was very into environmental issues. I was sad to hear he'd died. In case no one knows, his daughter-in-law was killed a few years ago when that elderly man lost control of his car at the Farmer's Market in L.A.

Yes, he was into environmental issues. He had an environment-friendly Earthship built to live in (earthship.com). He also did something a few decades ago to get almost expired foodstuffs into soup kitchens for the homeless around Los Angeles, but I don't remember more details.
