Thought it was appropriate to SRF's Legal Dept,/BOD's "goodwill". I've all along thought the character in question was a direct reflection of those who've employed him and as well as an indication of their naivity?/stupidity?/callousness?/meaness?. They've really "been playing with the devil" and paying dearly for that service, dollars and Karma! "Quote: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rumor says that Flynn was asked by the court to leave the courtroom due to losing his temper with the judge.This is said to have caused quite a stir in the courtroom. If true, this is quite unusual. I have not heard this from an eyewitness. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ He sure did. The story, as I got it from an eyewitness follows. Remember, this is second hand, so I beg Flynn's pardon if I get the details wrong. But you'll get the general idea. -------------------- First some background. Mike Flynn is SRF attorney of many years. He is not licensed to practice law in California, but passed the bar in another state (Mass.?). An attorney with an out-of-California law license, and living outside of California, can apply to appear as a trial attorney in California. This is something that attorneys sometimes do, but I understand that it's not something you can do over and over again. But I may be wrong. I hear it's a bit like having to get a California drivers license if you move to California and drive a car- but if you're just visiting you don't need to. So, Flynn applied to the court as out-of-state licensed attorney, non-California resident, to represent SRF in the trial. His application was denied by the judge because it was proved by someone (Ananda attorneys?) that Flynn is actually a resident of California. Only non-California residents can use this special exemption. So, Flynn couldn't appear 'before the bar' (the railing that separates the spectators from the attorneys/clients/judge/jury), but he was in the audience part of the courtroom. The first few days of the trial, he was a constant annoyance to the the rest of the courtroom because he was constantly conferencing with Stillman, the SRF attorney. They would talk and laugh while witnesses were being examined, etc. The judge (Federal Judge Garcia) told them to keep quiet a few times, as this judge runs a tight ship and speaks his mind. The judge was beginning to get very annoyed, however, as were others in the courtroom. Then, during a break in questioning of a witness (Chidananda), Flynn was heard outside the courtroom shouting at Chidananda, an SRF witness who seemed like a nice guy. He was heard by several witnesses yelling to Chidananda something to the effect of "YOU ANSWER YES TO THAT QUESTION", apparently because Chidananda had answered no to the question in question... When the trial resumed, and the judge returned, it was pointed out to the judge that someone was tampering (?) or badgering (?) a witness. The judge asked Flynn if this was true, and then there was lots of shouting, confusion, mayhem... Again, keep in mind that this is second hand for me, and some of the details may be a bit off, but you will get the idea. I hear that the trial transcript will show the exact words and exchanges. So, Flynn shouted something about "ATTORNEY/CLIENT PRIVILEDGE!" The judge said several witnesses heard him tampering with a trial witness, and did Flynn want to go up on the stand right now, under oath, and talk about it? Flynn said no. The judge, I think, also expressed his annoyance with Flynn's behavior during the trial proceedings. Finally, one of the Ananda lawyers pointed out to the judge that this was MIKE FLYNN, you know, the one who tried to appear as SRF's attorney and filled out the funny application claiming to be an non-California resident. Judge Garcia looked at Flynn, realized who he really was, and said "You lied on your application!" Flynn shouted back "I did not lie on my application!" The judge said he would go back to his chambers where the application was filed, and get back to this. After a break, the judge came back and said to Flynn, "You lied on your application." He had the application and other documents to prove it. At this point the judge called for the federal marshalls, and ordered Flynn out of the courtroom for the duration of the trial. As the marshalls escorted him out, Flynn shouted something about finding justice in this courtroom. According to the witness, it was a very mayhemic (if there's such a word) scene. Visualize the worst, they said, and it was far more than that even. You can visualize Flynn shouting, being escorted out by two large men in uniforms with guns..... Again, keep in mind that I probably didn't get all the facts straight, and I do beg Flynn's pardon for this. The court transcripts will show the details, and I hope someone can post them here someday."

Speaking of love and prayer, this Thursday evening, I'm going to listen to one of the disputed sound recordings of Master, laugh at myself and the world a little bit, and have a sincere healing service for SRF and Ananda in my home.
